Once you understand you own preferred Thinking Style you will start to recognise how many of your previous decisions have instinctively followed the values and beliefs attached to your quadrant.
Considering the values and beliefs of the other quadrants can help your future decision making and understanding more about these quadrants will enable you to better respect the values and beliefs of others and provide you with alternative strategies for influencing them.
